One person is dead and a massive search and rescue effort is underway after a high-rise condo collapsed in Surfside, Florida.
At least one person was killed and authorities said 99 people remained unaccounted for. Rescuers said the structure was dangerous and unstable.
The building is literally pancaked,” Burkett said.
